Abstract: PID-based circuit is one of popular circuit control system with flexible parameter adjustment. In this paper, the PID-based circuit is designed on FPGA platform by applying different methods, such as replacing subtractor with complementary-code adder designed, extending the result Bits of the integer operation and normalizing different types of data in integer. The experiment indicates that can provide a more reliable performance for the toy car compared with the traditional control circuit.
