Abstract

The substantial portions of the text came from Dr. Thomas Sowers research, “The Rhetoric of Political Conservativism in the Post-Reagan Era” presented at the Louisiana Political Science Association Annual Meeting in 2001.

This article has been retracted to straighten the academic record. In making this decision the Editorial Board follows COPE's Retraction Guidelines.
