Special Issue on Social Problems and Policy

A social problem is any condition or behavior that has negative consequences for large numbers of people. It is a condition or behavior that disrupts or damages the society and needs to be addressed. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Social Problems and Policy.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Social Problems and Policy. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Age and the life course
• Culture problems
• Economic issues
• Environment problems
• Physical disability and social policy
• Poverty
• Risk, social policy and welfare
• Social inequality
• Social problems theory
• Social security and welfare
• Social stratification
• Work and occupations

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Social Problems and Policy” should be selected during your submission.
