Special Issue on Complications of Pregnancy

Complications of pregnancy are health problems that are caused by pregnancy. Complications that occur primarily during childbirth are termed obstetric labor complications, and problems that occur primarily after childbirth are termed puerperal disorders.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Complications of Pregnancy. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Maternal problems
• Fetal problems
• Gestational diabetes and hypertension
• Cardiovascular complications
• Anemia
• Infections
• Ectopic pregnancy
• Miscarriage and preterm labor
• Placenta complications
• Multiple pregnancies
• Maternal mortality
• Maternal bleeding
• Eclampsia and preeclampsia
• Mental health problems
• Risk factors and assessment

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Complications of Pregnancy” should be chosen during your submission.
