and viruses are common microorganisms that inhibit, create, or contaminate
food, causing food spoilage, pathogens that may cause diseases.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Bacteria, Viruses and Food Sciences. Potential topics include, but are not limited

under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
