Special Issue on Plant Pathology
Plant Pathology is the
scientific study of plant diseases caused by pathogens (infectious organisms)
and environmental conditions (physiological factors). Plant
pathology also involves the study of pathogen identification, disease etiology,
disease cycles, economic impact, plant disease epidemiology, plant disease
resistance, how plant diseases affect humans and animals, pathosystem genetics,
and management of plant diseases. The goal of this special issue is to
provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to
promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in this area of plant pathology.
In this special issue, we invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles that explore plant
pathology. In this special issue, potential
topics include, but are not limited to:
