Special Issue on Heterocyclic Chemistry Research

Heterocyclic compounds are compounds composed of carbon atoms and non carbon atoms (heteroatoms, commonly N, O, S, etc.). Heterocyclic compounds are wide in variety and large in quantity. They are widely distributed in nature. Many natural heterocyclic compounds play an important role in the physiology of animals and plants. Heterocyclic chemistry constantly grows in scope and importance, and the compounds constitute the core of all life processes, controlling hereditary information through nucleic acids and evolution through mutations. Heterocyclic compounds are also widely applications in pharmaceutical and biotechnology, photography and reprographics, agriculture chemistry, dyestuffs, kinds of additives and polymers. The goal of this Special Issue is to provide a platform for scientists worldwide to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of heterocyclic chemistry research.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring heterocyclic chemistry research. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Heterocyclic compounds (Pyrrole, Imidazole, Pyrazine, Indoles, etc.)
• Structure, properties and characterization
• Synthetic methods
• Reactions
• Larger ring heterocycles
• Application of hetrocyclic compound

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Heterocyclic Chemistry Research” should be chosen during your submission.
