Advances in Crop Genetics and Breeding
Call for Papers
A major goal of crop genetics and breeding research is to develop the technologies and knowledge base to provide a predictive framework that will underpin conventional and novel plant breeding strategies. This will enable high-yielding, stress and disease resistant varieties, with a particular end-use quality, suitable for an efficient but benign agriculture, to be produced by design rather than selected from random variants. Plant breeding can be accomplished through many different techniques ranging from simply selecting plants with desirable characteristics for propagation, to more complex molecular techniques.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Crop Genetics and Breeding.
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through thejournal Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the“Special Issue’’ under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue- Crop Genetics and Breeding ” should be chosen during your submission.
