Special Issue on Aspergillus
Aspergillus is a genus consisting of several hundred mold species found in the world. Aspergillus species are highly aerobic
and are found in almost all oxygen-rich environments. They commonly grow as
molds on the surface of a substrate as a result of the high oxygen tension. Some
species can cause infection in humans while some species are important in
commercial microbial fermentations. As species of Aspergillus has great medical and commercial importance, further
study on Aspergillus is significant
and valuable.
In
this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to
submit original researches and review articles on exploring Aspergillus. Potential topics include,
but are not limited to:
-
Characteristics of Aspergillus
-
Growth and distribution
-
Commercial importance
-
Pathogens
-
Aspergillosis
-
Mycotoxin
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an
electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission
System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript
title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue –Aspergillus” should be chosen during
