Special Issue on
Environmental Monitoring and Analytical Chemistry
Environmental pollutants are chemicals that have ended up in the
environment as the result of human activites and that are hazardous to health.
Finns are exposed to environmental pollutants mainly through food, but also
through inhalation. At present, analytics and environmental monitoring are
among the most dynamically developing branches of chemical analysis. The
pursuit of getting the complex information on environmental quality leads to
developing new methods and analytical techniques. The goal of this special
issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the
world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in
this area of Environmental
Monitoring and Analytical Chemistry.
In this special
issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring Environmental Monitoring
and Analytical Chemistry. In this special issue,
potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Routine environmental monitoring
-
Sampling methodology
-
Multi-element analytical techniques for trace element studies and
online monitoring of pollution
-
Development of sensor systems and analytical routines, including
quality assurance of environmental data
-
Development of analytical tools for monitoring environmental organic
contamination
-
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay
-
Functional materials for pollution control and energy related issues
Authors should read
over the journal’s For Authors carefully before
submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their
complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Environmental Monitoring and Analytical
Chemistry” should be selected during your
submission.
