Special Issue on Plant Physiology

Plant Physiology is a scientific discipline that focuses on understanding the biochemical, molecular, and physiological processes that occur within plants. It involves the study of how plants function, grow, and respond to their environments, encompassing a wide range of topics from photosynthesis and respiration to nutrient absorption and transport, as well as hormonal regulation and stress responses. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in this area of plant physiology.

In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore plant physiology. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Growth and development
  • Plants signals and regulators
  • Plant hormone
  • Plant physiological mechanisms
  • Photosynthesis and respiration
  • Biochemistry and metabolism
  • Transport and translocation
  • Photosynthesis and respiration
  • Photoprotection and abiotic stresses
  • Plant physiology and environmental stresses
  • Plant genomics and transcriptomics

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Plant Physiology” should be selected during your submission.
