Special Issue on Cybersecurity and Information Security

Cybersecurity and Information Security is the practice of protecting computer systems, networks, and data from cyber threats such as hacking, ransomware, and phishing attacks. This field encompasses the technologies, processes, and measures put in place to safeguard information and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of digital assets. Professionals in this field work to identify vulnerabilities, implement security controls, and respond to incidents to prevent unauthorized access and protect sensitive information from malicious actors. Effective cybersecurity and information security practices are essential for safeguarding individuals, organizations, and governments from cyber threats in an increasingly digital world.
