Special Issue on Public Service and Public Administration

Public Service and Public Administration is an academic field that examines the theory and practice of governing and managing public organizations, as well as delivering services to the public. It explores the principles, processes, and challenges of public administration, including policy formulation, budgeting, personnel management, and implementation of public programs. Researchers in this field analyze the structure and function of government entities, as well as strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability in public service delivery.
