"Corporate Finance and Governance" is an academic discipline that explores the financial management and decision-making processes within corporations, along with the mechanisms of governing these organizations. Additionally, it examines the frameworks and structures that ensure effective oversight and accountability in corporate decision-making, including the roles of boards of directors, executive management, and regulatory bodies.
