Civil law is a major branch of the law that originates in continental Europe and adopted in much of the world. It serves as the primary source of law, which is more concerned with cases between individual people where one person commits an offence which is harmful towards another person, their rights or their property, and also settles disputes between individuals and organisations. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of civil law.
