Special Issue on Constitutional Law
Constitutional law refers to the body of laws
and legal principles that govern the structure, powers, and functions of a
government, as well as the rights and responsibilities of individuals within a
country. It is based on a constitution, which serves as a fundamental legal
document outlining the organization and allocation of powers among different
branches of government, such as the executive, legislative, and judicial
branches. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for
scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss
various new issues and developments in the area of Constitutional Law.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring Constitutional
