Special Issue on Tectonics

Tectonics is a subfield of geology that studies the processes that shape the Earth's crust and the movements of large-scale geological structures, such as plates, faults, and mountain ranges. It investigates the forces and mechanisms that drive these movements, including plate tectonics, which explains the formation of continents, ocean basins, and mountain belts. Tectonics also examines the deformation of rocks and the geological features associated with this deformation, such as folds, faults, and shear zones. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Tectonics.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Tectonics. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
