Special Issue on Evapotranspiration
Evapotranspiration is the sum of evaporation and plant transpiration from the earth's land surface to atmosphere. Evaporation accounts for the movement of water to the air from sources such as the soil, canopy interception, and waterbodies. Transpiration accounts for the movement of water within a plant and the subsequent loss of water as vapor through stomata in its leaves. An element (such as a tree) that contributes to evapotranspiration can be called an evapotranspirator. In a word, evapotranspiration is an important part of the water cycle. As one of the most important research fields of science research, evapotranspiration is of great attractions to researchers.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring evapotranspiration. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Evapotranspiration” should be chosen during your submission.
