Special Issue on Measure Theory

This special issue is mainly concerned with measure theory and its corresponding theorems and definitions. As we know, a measure on a set is a systematic way to assign a number to each suitable subset of that set, intuitively interpreted as its size. Measure theory is the study of measures. It generalizes the intuitive notions of length, area, and volume. The main application of measures is in the foundations of the Lebesgue integral, in Andrey Kolmogrov’s axiomatisation of probability theory and in ergodic theory.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring Measure Theory. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Measure theory
  • Lebesgue integration, Lebesgue measure
  • Measurable space, sets, function
  • Hausdorff measure

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission, Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal's Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Measure Theory” should be chosen during your submission.
