Special Issue on Philosophy and Psychology

Philosophy and psychology use speculative methods to study the law of human mental activity. Psychology is closely related to philosophy because its object of study, namely psychology and consciousness, is inextricably linked with the basic problems of philosophy research, namely, the relationship between matter and consciousness, existence and thinking.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring philosophy and psychology. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Consciousness
    • Ontological framework of cognitive neuroscience
    • Human emotions and evolution
    • Free will and determinism
    • Origins of knowledge
    • Mind-body problem
    • Nature-nurture controversy
    • Mentalism and behaviorism
    • Nature of mind, brain, and cognition

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Philosophy and Psychology” should be chosen during your submission.

    According to the following timetable:
