Special Issue on Applied and Environmental Microbiology
Environmental
microbiology is the study of the composition and physiology of microbial
communities in the environment. The environment in this case means the soil,
water, air and sediments covering the planet and can also include the animals
and plants that inhabit these areas. It also studies their relationship with
one another and with their environment.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Applied and Environmental Microbiology. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:

Microorganisms and environmental impacts

Microbial ecology and community

Water/soil quality and microbiology

Degrading bacteria

Ecological implications of virus and bacteria

Plant pathology and microbiology

Microbial technology and agricultural science
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Applied and Environmental Microbiology” should be chosen during your submission.
