Special Issue on Iterative Method and Its Applications

The basic idea of iterative method is successive approximation. Due to the predictability and convergence of iterative method, it is widely used in basic numerical calculation, such as solving equations, solving equations, matrix eigenvalue. For the numerical simulation of many practical problems in natural science and engineering computation, it is ultimately attributed to the solution of linear algebraic equations of one or more large sparse matrices. Therefore, with the improvement of its theoretical system, iterative method has been successfully applied in many fields of scientific research and engineering practice.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring iterative method and its applications. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Parallel iterative method
    • Spectral correction iteration method
    • Inverse iteration method
    • Multigrid method
    • Domain decomposition method
    • Simplex method
    • Gradient descent method
    • Conjugate gradient method
    • Convergence analysis of iterative method
    • Applications (fluid mechanics, software development, radiation therapy, hyperspectral imaging, others)

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Iterative Method and Its Applications” should be chosen during your submission.
