    Special Issue on Law and Politics Research


    The emergence and realization of law are often related to certain political activities, reflecting and serving certain politics. The development and change of political activities and political relations will inevitably affect the development and change of the content or value pursuit of law to a certain extent or in a sense. Their basic guiding ideology and value orientation are identical, and their pursuit of social goals is fundamentally identical.


    In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring law and politics research. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Legislation and policy
    • Civil rights and law
    • Law and order
    • Government and law
    • International law and politics
    • Regional law and politics
    • Law autonomy
    • Political legitimacy

    Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.


    Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Law and Politics Research” should be chosen during your submission.
