Special Issue on Human Rights and Social
Justice
On the surface, human rights are of course equal, and equality is the
essential attribute of human rights. Many people equate equality with justice,
understand justice as equality, and regard equality as the centralization of
justice. The universal value view is that equality is the non-derivative goal
of the center of justice and the highest value of social justice. A fair
society must provide equal opportunities for all members. However, in real
life, scholars are not keen on arguing why equality is the highest value of
justice, but arguing about how to understand equality and how to implement
equality most effectively.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on
exploring human rights and social justice.
