    Special Issue on Legal Consciousness and Legal Culture


    Effective functioning of the legal system is a precondition for the state’s and social sustainable democratic development and requires a highly developed legal culture. Legal consciousness which is a constituent of legal culture comprises a system of expectations and attitudes. The goal of this Special Issue is to provide a platform for scientists worldwide to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of legal consciousness and legal culture.


    In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring legal consciousness and legal culture. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Legal consciousness and philosophy of law
    • Modernization of legal consciousness
    • Legal ideology
    • Legal consciousness education
    • Legal culture and tradition in the countries all over the world
    • Legal phenomenon and legal consciousness
    • Legal construction
    • Development and change

    Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
