    Special Issue on Educational Leadership and Management  

    Educational leadership is the process of enlisting and guiding the talents and energies of teachers, pupils, and parents toward achieving common educational aims. Demands were made on schools for higher levels of pupil achievement, and schools were expected to improve and reform. The concept of leadership was favored because it conveys dynamism and pro-activity.

    Educational management refers to the administration of the education system in which a group combines human and material resources to supervise, plan, strategies, and implement structures to execute an education system.

    In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Educational Leadership and Management. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Leadership practices in schools
    • Educational reform
    • Teaching management and assessment
    • Teacher and educational policy
    • Education administration and systems
    • Student affairs and engagement
    • Educational counseling and career guidance
    • Government policy and supervision
    • School infrastructure

    Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

    Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Educational Leadership and Management” should be chosen during your submission.
