    Special Issue on Public Policy Research


    The foundation of public policy is composed of national constitutional laws and regulations. Public policy, which is embodied in constitutions, legislative acts and judicial decisions, is used by executive branches as the guidance in administration. Some scholars and researchers believe that this concept also refers to the governmental decision-making and policy evaluation. Public policy is influenced by social, economic, financial, educational and political factors. With endless problems appear, decision makers create new policies and reform the existing ones. Globalization and technical advancement bring new challenges to public policy making, implementation and reformation.


    In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring public policy research. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Governmental decision-making and policy evaluation
    • Policy-making and implementation
    • Public problems and related policies
    • Constitutional laws and regulations
    • Democracy policy
    • Policy cycle and reformation
    • Globalization and public policy
    • Policy analysis and development

    Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.


    Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Public Policy Research” should be chosen during your submission.
