    Special Issue on Nuclear Physics

Nuclear physics is the study of the protons and neutrons at the centre of an atom and the interactions that hold them together in a space just a few femtometres (10-15 metres) across. Example nuclear reactions include radioactive decay, fission, the break-up of a nucleus, and fusion, the merging of nuclei. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of nuclear physics.

In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore nuclear physics. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Nuclear decay
    • Nuclear fusion
    • Nuclear fission
    • Nuclear structure and dynamics
    • Intermediate and high energy heavy ion physics
    • Electromagnetic and weak interactions
    • Nuclear astrophysics

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Nuclear Physics” should be selected during your submission.
