    Special Issue on Epidemiology and Public Health

    Epidemiology is the study and analysis of the distribution (who, when, and where) and determinants of health and disease conditions in defined populations. Analyzing the health of a population and the threats it faces is the basis for public health. Public health aims to improve the quality of life through prevention and treatment of disease.

    In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Epidemiology and Public Health. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Risk factors for disease
    • Preventive healthcare
    • Statistical analysis and epidemic model
    • Molecular pathology and treatment
    • Screening and biomonitoring
    • Diseases transmission and outbreak investigation
    • Public health management and promotion
    • Occupational health
    • Emerging infectious disease
    • Mortality and morbidity
    • Immunization strategies
    • Public health perspective on HIV/AID

    Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

    Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Epidemiology and Public Health should be chosen during your submission.
