Special Issue on Vegetables and Agriculture
Vegetables are an important part of healthy eating
and provide a source of many nutrients and fibre. The proportion of people with
adequate vegetable consumption has decreased, despite the known benefits of
vegetables. It is a branch of agriculture. Animal husbandry is the management
and care of farm animals by humans for profit, in which genetic qualities and
behavior, considered to be advantageous to humans, are further developed. The
goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and
academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new
issues and developments in this area of vegetables and agriculture.
In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and
authors to submit original research and review articles that explore vegetables and agriculture. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not
limited to:
