    Special Issue on Human Resource Management and Development


    Human resource management is the strategic approach to the effective management of people in an organization, so that they help the business gain a competitive advantage. It is designed to maximize employee performance in service of an employer's strategic objectives.


    In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Human Resource Management and Development. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Business and management leadership
    • Performance analysis
    • Effects on corporate and organizational behavior
    • Human resource development
    • International HRM
    • Factors on business orientation and innovation  
    • Employee relations & policy
    • Workers' training
    • Employee & organizational development

    Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.


    Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Human Resource Management and Development” should be chosen during your submission.
