Special Issue on Type 2 Diabetes
Type 2 diabetes is a long-term metabolic disorder that is characterized by high blood
sugar, insulin resistance, and relative lack of insulin. Long-term
complications from high blood sugar include heart disease, strokes, diabetic
retinopathy which can result in blindness, kidney failure, and poor blood flow
in the limbs which may lead to amputations.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Type 2 Diabetes. Potential topics include, but are not limited

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through

under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Type 2 Diabetes” should be chosen during your submission.
