Special Issue on Organization Management and Governance

Management is the administration of an organization, whether it is a business, a not-for-profit organization, or government body. Management includes the activities of setting the strategy of an organization and coordinating the efforts of its employees to accomplish its objectives through the application of available resources, such as financial, natural, technological, and human resources. Governance structures and principles identify the distribution of rights and responsibilities among different participants in organizations.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Organization Management and Governance. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Business management
• Government and management
• Human resources management
• Organizational leadership
• Organizations and strategy
• Reform and regulation
• Innovation and entrepreneurship

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
