Special Issue on Microbial Enzymes and Applications

Enzymes play an important role in metabolic and biochemical reactions. Microorganisms are the main source of enzymes. It’s has important application in industries and medicine.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on microbial enzymes and applications. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Enzymes as industrial biocatalysts
• Microbial fermentation
• Enzymes and biotechnology
• Microbial enzymes in medicine
• Enzyme engineering of agricultural or food microbiology
• Production and immobilization of enzymes

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Microbial Enzymes and Applications” should be chosen during your submission.
