Special Issue on Adolescent Education and Development
Adolescent development begins with viewing adolescence in the context of physical, emotional and social, cognitive, sexual, identify formation, and moral domains of growth and change. Adolescence is a complex maturational and developmental process with great variation across individuals and cultures. Adolescent education and development, both in developed countries and developing countries, are listed as the focus of social problems in the latter half of this century, and also one of the key tasks of education. Its importance is self-evident. Teenagers are in the critical period of growth, the most vulnerable to the surrounding adverse environment. Therefore, school education, family education and social education need close coordination.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring adolescent education and development. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
