Special Issue on
Applications of Mathematics and Physics in Geosciences
Mathematical geosciences is the application of mathematics on the geosciences. It is a new application of computer based technology in geophysics researches. Computational Geosciences covers mathematical modeling, simulation, numerical analysis, and other computational applications on geosciences. Mathematical Geosciences covers many different topics related to the earth, oceans, and atmosphere, which all belongs to the very wide field of geophysical fluid dynamics. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of applications of mathematics and physics in geosciences.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring applications of mathematics and physics in geosciences. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Mathematics and physics in geology
-
Mathematics and physics in geography
-
Mathematics and physics in geochemistry
-
Mathematics and physics in geophysics
-
Mathematics and physics in hydrology
-
Mathematics and physics in atmosphere and oceans
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Applications of Mathematics and Physics in Geosciences” should be chosen during your submission.
