Special Issue on Green and Sustainable Economy

The green economy is defined as an economy that aims at reducing environmental risks and ecological scarcities, and that aims for sustainable development without degrading the environment. It has environmental friendly, resources efficient, and circular features.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on green and sustainable economy. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Economic growth and sustainable development
• Ecological and environmental economics
• Natural resource economics
• Circular economy and waste management
• Economic benefits of renewable energy
• Sustainable transport
• Economic approaches into water management
