Special Issue on Geomagnetism Research
The research contents of geomagnetism are mainly divided into two parts: basic
magnetic field and variation magnetic field. The basic magnetic field is derived
from the interior of the earth, and the study of its variation and
origin has been one of the most important aspects of geodynamics. The variation
of magnetic field is related to the change of the ionosphere and solar
activity. The study of ancient rock magnetic field has promoted the study of
plate tectonics theory. Geomagnetism is developing in the application phase.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on
exploring geomagnetism research.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Paleomagnetism
-
Geomagnetic
survey
-
Rock magnetism
-
Crustal
structure and geomagnetism
-
Environmental
magnetism
-
Biomagnetism
-
Earthquake
prediction and geomagnetism
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Geomagnetism Research”
should be chosen during your submission.
