    Special Issue on Wine

    Wine is alcoholic beverage made from fermented fresh grape fruit or grape juice. There are many varieties of wine due to the grape cultivation and different wine production process conditions. Wine contains a variety of amino acids, minerals and vitamins that are necessary nutrients for human body. The main active ingredient of wine is alcohol, thus drinking small quantities of wine is associated with decreased risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes mellitus, and early death.

    In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring wine. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Wine making
    • Wine fermentation
    • Wine quality
    • Wine aroma compounds
    • Wine polyphenols
    • Resveratrol in wine

    Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.


    Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Wine” should be chosen during your submission.
