    Special Issue on Food Safety and Health


    Food Safety is a scientific discipline describing handling, preparation, and storage of food in ways that prevent foodborne illness. This includes a number of routines that should be followed to avoid potential health hazards. Food safety considerations include the origins of food including the practices relating to food labeling, food hygiene, food additives and pesticide residues, as well as policies on biotechnology and food and guidelines for the management of governmental import and export inspection and certification systems for foods.


    In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring Food Safety and Health. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

     

    • Food safety
    • Food preparation
    • Food poisoning
    • Food additives
    • Food defense
    • Food regulation and food quality
    • Food health

                      

    Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

     

    Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Food Safety and Health” should be chosen during your submission.
