Special Issue on Chemical Sensors Research

A chemical sensor is a chemical reaction that selectively responds to a particular analyte and then qualitatively or quantitatively determines the analyte. Chemical sensors can be used to detect and measure certain or several chemicals, and are often used in production process analysis and environmental pollution monitoring. There are many kinds of chemical sensors and different principles, and almost all kinds of parameters are detected. The sensor is an important technical foundation of the new technology revolution and the information society, is the trailbreaker of modern science and technology. The development of chemical sensors is particularly fast and has become an important part of modern life.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring chemical sensors research. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Working principle of chemical sensors
    • Theoretical research on chemical sensing technology
    • Signal processing of chemical sensors
    • Study of new chemical sensors
    • Industrialization of chemical sensors
    • Applications of chemical sensors

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Chemical Sensors Research” should be chosen during your submission.

    According to the following timetable:

    Submission Deadline

    December 20th, 2017

    Publication Date
