    Special Issue on Developmental Biology

Developmental Biology is the study of the process by which animals and plants grow and develop. Developmental biology also encompasses the biology of regeneration, asexual reproduction and metamorphosis and the growth and differentiation of stem cells in the adult organism. It uses modern technology and methods to analyze the processes and mechanisms of organisms at molecular levels, submicroscopic levels, and cellular levels.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring Developmental Biology. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Mechanisms of cell differentiation
    • Gametogenesis and fertilization
    • Embryonic development
    • Molecular genetics
    • Cell interactions and cell-matrix interactions
    • Growth factors
    • Cell biology
    • Application of developmental biology

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Developmental Biology” should be chosen during your submission.

    According to the following timetable:

    Submission Deadline

    January 17th, 2018

    Publication Date
