Special Issue on Gas Chromatography

Gas Chromatography (GC) is a common type of chromatography used in analytical chemistry for separating and analyzing compounds that can be vaporized without decomposition. Typical uses of GC include testing the purity of a particular substance, or separating the different components of a mixture (the relative amounts of such components can also be determined).

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring gas chromatography. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry
• Inverse gas chromatography
• Basic principle
• Sample preparation   
• Detectors
• Data reduction and analysis
• Applications

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Gas Chromatography” should be selected during your submission.
