Special Issue on Plant Tissue Culture

Plant Tissue Culture technology has been widely used for large scale plant multiplication. Apart from their application in research, plant tissue culture techniques have become the major way of plant propagation, disease elimination, plant improvement and production of secondary metabolites.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring plant tissue culture. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Plant tissue culture technology
• Choice of explants, tissue culture medium and condition
• Protoplast fusion, haploid and polyploidy
• Embryo culture and hairy root cultures
• Genetic transformation
• Plant regeneration and cell totipotency
• Applications and prospect

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.
