Special Issue on Atmospheric Physics
Atmospheric
physics mainly study on the earth atmosphere
parameters, the physical properties and variation regularity of atmospheric
phenomena. The study of physical processes in the atmosphere is not only
related to all aspects of atmospheric science, but also closely related to the
disciplines of land science, oceanography, biology and so on. Many new achievements
in science and technology push forward the development of Atmospheric Physics.
How to further understand the fine structure of atmospheric, insight into the
evolution of the atmosphere in three dimensional space, effective use, proper
protection and continuous make improvement of the atmosphere, is a long-term
important task of atmospheric physics.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on
exploring atmospheric physics.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Weather
dynamics, numerical modeling and simulation
-
Tropical
meteorology, sea air interaction and monsoon
-
Medium and small scale weather and rainstorm
-
Cloud physics
and aerosol
-
Atmospheric
optical detection and application
-
Atmospheric boundary
layer physics
-
Lightning
physics and lightning detection
-
Physics and
chemistry of the middle atmosphere
Authors should read over the journal’s For
Authors carefully
before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of
their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission
System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Atmospheric Physics” should be chosen during your
submission.
