Special Issue on Aerodynamics
This
special issue covers activity and development in the field of innovative
developments in all kinds of aerodynamics related to mechanical engineering,
aeronautical, aerospace, as well as to other engineering disciplines. Research
in all types of aircraft, like commercial and military aircraft, spacecraft,
airframes, aerostructures, turbulent layer
methods, incompressible flows, compressible flows, computational fluid
dynamics, road and off-road vehicles, rail and tracked vehicles, aerodynamic
panel methods, etc. is included.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on exploring Aerodynamics. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Aerodynamic characterization
-
Aerodynamic design
-
Wind turbine aerodynamics and design
-
Wind Engineering
-
Automotive aerodynamics
-
Computational aerodynamics
-
Computational fluid dynamic analysis of
airfoils, wings, aircraft, and rotors
-
Aerodynamic testing
-
Aerodynamic and aerostructural optimization
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully
before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of
their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Aerodynamics”
should be selected during your submission.
