Special Issue on Additive Manufacturing Materials

Additive manufacturing (AM), also known as 3D printing, is a process of creating a three-dimensional object from a digital file. It is offers many advantages in the production of parts, presenting unrivalled design freedom with the ability to manufacture single or multiple components from a wide range of materials. It is foreseeable that additive manufacturing will be integrated across all manufacturing industries.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring additive manufacturing materials. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Materials of additive manufacturing
• Materials powder production and processes
• Material properties and tests
• Additive manufacturing technology
• 3D printing
• Applications

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Additive Manufacturing Materials” should be selected during your submission.
