Special Issue on Antioxidants in Foods
Antioxidants play an important role in overall health. They are natural compounds found in some foods that help neutralize free radicals in our bodies. Free radicals are substances that occur naturally in our bodies but attack the fats, protein and the DNA in our cells, which can cause different types of diseases and accelerate the aging process.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring antioxidants in foods. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Antioxidants in Foods” should be selected during your submission.
