Special Issue on Sustainable Recycling of
Polymers
Sustainability, industrial recycling, eco-efficiency,
and green chemistry are guiding the development of the new generation of
materials, products, and processes. Bio-based polymers and biodegradable
plastics based on renewable agricultural and biomass feedstock can form the
basis for a portfolio of sustainable, eco-friendly products. The goal of this
Special Issue is to provide a platform for scientists worldwide to promote,
share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of sustainable recycling of polymers.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring sustainable
recycling of polymers. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:
-
Environmental effects on polymeric materials
-
Biodegradable polymers
-
Sustainable bio-based products
-
Green composites
-
Plastics recycling
-
Polymer recycling and sustainability
-
Natural fiber materials and fiber recycling
Authors
should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please
kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The
research field “Special Issue - Sustainable Recycling of Polymers”
should be selected during your submission.
