Special Issue on Digestive Medicine
The digestive tract consists of the esophagus, stomach, large and small intestines, liver, pancreas, and the gallbladder. A digestive disease is any health problem that occurs in the digestive tract. Conditions may range from mild to serious. The first sign of the disease may include constipation, bleeding, heartburn, nausea and vomiting, bloating, weight gain or loss, pain in the belly, bloating, diarrhea, and incontinence.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Digestive Medicine. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
